The Board of Directors for HARRIS COUNTY MUD 412 has selected Si Environmental, LLC (“Si Enviro”) to be the Operator of your District’s water system effective March 27, 2022. USW Utility Group has sent their last invoice on March 1, 2022. Si Environmental’s first billing cycle will be performed on or around April 1, 2022, and will start billing customers with a monthly Due Date of the May 20, 2022. We expect the transition to be transparent to the customers, but due to the account number, remittance address, and contact information changes we ask for your patience in advance.

After the first complete Billing Cycle by Si Environmental you will be able to view your Billing History, Payment History and Pay Your Bill using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or electronic check. We provide an online experience that is absolutely secure and convenient. More details about these new payment options as well as others are enclosed. If you utilize online bill pay please make the following changes upon receipt of your first bill from Si Environmental (April 2022 billing due on May 20, 2022):
